DPE Skips the First Item in the Script Results

description

Comparing script output to the SSRS DataSet shows that the DataSet contains one less item. This happens to be the first item.

Resolved with changeset 11352.

Changed the RunScript() method to peek ahead in order to populate the fields.
This is a symptom of using PowerShell asynchronously. If RunScript() blocked SSRS while it waited for the script to complete then we'd have fully populated fields by the end of the method.
In our current implementation, RunScript() starts the script then allows SSRS to call our Read() method to move the enumerator through the script output.

We could arguably switch to the syncrhonous/blocking approach, because SSRS does not take advantage of the async nature of our reader (it populates a table internally before rendering the dataset for the user).
